This 100 m² apartment located in the Beaubourg district of Paris was formerly a space rented by a company. It did not have the characteristics of a habitable living space.

This renovation was a real challenge: on the one hand, the space needed to be adapted, and on the other hand, the contemporary spirit had to be combined with the classic lines of the Haussmann style. Today it is a warm apartment where white dominates, with a few very dark accents providing contrast.
