Construction of a contemporary villa

Along a quiet path, in a clearing surrounded by holm oaks and olive trees, unfolds a contemporary villa with clean lines and natural textures, designed as an ode to family life and generational bonds.

A bright living room

A spacious living room forms the heart of the house, a luminous space opening onto a panoramic view of the surrounding vegetation. It is a living space where the family gathers to share and connect.

Beyond the bay windows, the outdoor living areas provide an ideal play area for children. Parents, slightly elevated, can keep a watchful eye on them while enjoying the tranquility of the place.

The night spaces

The night areas provide spaces of rest and privacy for each family member, all connected by a single hallway.

A small independent apartment attached to the house is specially designed for the family’s grandmother. This reassuring cocoon offers both intimacy and proximity, a delicate balance that allows her to take part in family life while maintaining her autonomy.

More than just a villa, this contemporary house reflects the entire family. Each space tells a story, each detail reveals a passion. It is a place of gathering, a haven of peace, a true home.
